Moderator Policy

CareFlash, LLC (CareFlash) develops relationships with individuals and entities where specific knowledge is available and there is an interest in serving in the capacity of Moderator in one or more of the public forums hosted on CareFlash. We want to ensure that our Moderators feel comfortable and secure in their use of this website, and see value in working with CareFlash. While we make a legitimate effort to ensure your privacy and the security of any information that you provide to us, we urge you to remember that privacy and security begin with you. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of any passwords or password reminders and should exercise caution when disclosing information online.

CareFlash markets each Moderator in the following areas and ways

1. We recognize each Moderator's participation and involvement, in the Moderator Section of each respective public forum being moderated.
2. Each Moderator receives recognition with their associated professional photograph and biography, as well as a link to the Moderator's website.

In order to qualify as a Moderator

1. Moderators must have some compelling perspective involving the particular focus at hand in the respective forum - being a disorder, part of the anatomy or healthcare topic, etc.
2. Moderators must obtain compelling value in the branding, marketing and visibility that CareFlash provides, accepting that these benefits represent the sole recognition associated with the Moderator's involvement with CareFlash. No cash, equity, nor any other interest in CareFlash is available, in any way whatsoever, by virtue of this Alliance Partnership or any extension or modification of this relationship.

Responsibilities of the Moderator

1. Moderator recognize that CareFlash delivers unprecedented advocacy and world-class education - delivered to people in the focused circumstances at hand. All for free.
2. Moderator agrees to be as responsive and engaged in moderating the blog forum as their schedule permits.
3. Moderator will not be self-serving, deceitful, dishonest, vulgar or bad.
4. Moderator has a reason (professional or personal) that equates to compelling value they will derive via serving as a moderator.

Moderators may be removed as a Partner at any time and for any or no reason.

Technical Information: IP Addresses and Cookies

An IP address is a number assigned to your computer automatically when you use the Internet. When you use the CareFlash website, technical information from your PC, such as IP addresses and browser version may be communicated to CareFlash. This information will not be linked to anything that identifies you personally and is not used to track the activities of individual users of the site. This information may be used to help CareFlash improve the look and function of our website but will not be collected or aggregated into personal profiles for use or sale.
